We have been in business since 2007 and owned and operated by Hugh Robinson who is an Associate Member of the AIA and has been recruiting within Architecture since 1998 with an additional 10 years of Project Manager experience.

Hugh has a passion for working within the staffing industry and emphasizes building quality long-term relationships with people and organizations. Hugh now brings his vast experience into play to provide a wide range of consultative staffing solutions to exceptional client companies and candidates, especially in the construction, architecture, real estate, and engineering sectors.

For the past 13 years Management Recruiters of San Clemente has partnered with Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture firms to fulfill their staffing needs as well as compensation analysis, and assistance with opening new offices.

Experience
MRI San Clemente has successfully completed candidate searched both domestically in addition to Asia, South America, Kenya, India, The Middle East, and Australia. Working with Firms senior leadership we have helped firms open new offices in South America, Kenya, India, and several states domestically.

History
Our office specializes in Architecture because of our background in working for firms. This allows us greater insight with regard to understanding both the clients and candidate needs and wants. With almost 30 years in the Architectural industry both working on projects and then recruiting I bring a perspective absent with most recruiters.

Approach
I work directly with the firm leadership which allows me a greater understanding of the firm culture and personality of the firm. We focus on matching these areas rather than just skills, experience, or a degree. With Architecture being a service based industry it is very important to match people with not only the experience but just as important the same vision.
